Ahead of adjusting numbers from your existing CUG, please note that a minimum of five accounts must remain active to constitute a CUG. It is also required that balances on numbers being removed be paid in full in order for the request to be actioned. To add or remove numbers please liaise with your company’s CUG administrator.
